Employment law can be complex as your rights and responsibilities depend on the law as made by the government and your contract of employment.

For most enquiries we need to know at least the following information:

• How long you have worked for your employer,
• What you have already done to deal with any dispute,

Please note that there are strict time limits to take action in employment disputes so if you need an urgent answer to your enquiry then it will be quicker to visit your nearest bureau.
